We booked The Boxx at Fargo Village for our Activities Awards and it was an amazing night. The staff were easy to work with from the beginning of the process to the end. What is the best email address to contact the events team on?
Can you provide catering?
We can provide a buffet lunch, hot and cold drinks.
We are also happy for you to sort your own food as long as the cater has all up-to-date food safety documents and all electrical equipment is PAT tested.
Is there disabled access and facilities?
The public access is all one level, and the disabled toilets can be found via the foyer through the main entrance.
If access to green rooms is needed, which is on the next level then this can be done using the lift.
Will I receive a refund if the event is cancelled by the Box?
If Site Management have to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including damage to the venue by fire, flood, etc then a full refund of any booking fees will be made.
Do I have to pay in full?
A 20% deposit is required upon booking and the final payment is two weeks before.
Who will make arrangements with the business providing the team day experience?
Events team at Fargo Village will make all arrangements.

Can I cancel?
Any cancellation by you of the booking is subject to a charge of 20% of the initial booking cost and 50% of the initial booking cost if the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the date of the event.
